Why cleaning has meaning? Cleaning is not the menial or Sisyphean task many people make it out to be.<\/p>\n

Cleaning can be a part of our practical , physical (sometimes annoying) daily routine, but learning to do it consciously and with devotion can support us in our highest strivings.<\/p>\n

We will look at ways how to contribute towards looking after the environment, not only in nature, but also the home environment and the inner environment (mental hygiene) .<\/p>\n
